9 Deadlifts
15 Toes-to-Bar (Knees-to-Elbow)

results: 12:22 Rx’d (275#)

My hands got pretty raw towards the end there and I opened up a new wound.  I tried the hook grip in the beginning and towards the 3rd round I went back to the regular grip.  I want to get a stronger deadlift, in fact, I want to get a stronger everything!  Yeah, my hands are fucked.  There were a few “no rep” Toes-to-bars that I counted and yeah, I felt like shit.  I got frustrated and I borderline violent.  WTF is happening to me?  Is it my diet?  Possibly.  Should I take a week off of CrossFit?  Maybe. 

Tomorrow’s workout was just posted on the site.  I may go to the workout, depending on how my body feels.  I’ve recently taken up more hours at work, and school starts next week.  I need to figure out a way to get more energy throughout the day.  Coffee maybe the answer.
