My endurance blows. Jared tried pushing me but in my mind, I already gave up. I’m in a slump… it’s a lonely and dark place to be in. Giving up just sucks shit. If I cut my rest time in half, I would have finish that round and hit 8, plus another snatch or so. What killed me was those lateral jumps. I don’t know what it is. Is it my diet the past month haunting me and my ability to push pass that threshold of discomfort? Could it be over training? If this problem continues, I’m definitely taking a week off. I just pussed out. No excuses. My shoulders fine. Everything is tight as usual. This whole week sucked. No one to blame, but myself. [End rant]. Tomorrow, when I get up, I’m gonna put some fist pumping music as I get ready for work, and just pump it out. Get the blood warm and start my day positive. Oh hell yes.
