WOD

As many reps as possible in 15min:

4-Station team workout
1) Farmer’s Carry
2) Max-rep push-up (hand release at the bottom for advanced athletes)
3) Max-rep push press
4) Rest

While 1 partner is completing the farmer’s carry, partner 2 is completing max push-ups, partner 3 is completing max push press and partner 4 is resting.  Once partner 1 gets back everyone switches stations. There will be a running total for each station so when partner 1 gets to station 2, partner 2 will tell him/her the # of reps to start counting from and so on at each station.

My team consisted of Jesse, Broc, and Jim.  We kicked ass and it turned out to be a great workout.  Before the WOD, we had an O lift session.  I worked out on my snatch and Zach taught us a new box jump exercise.  You get really close to the box to where your toes are touching it, then just jump into a squat on top of the box as fast as you can.  This will workout on your hip explosion going from open to close.

The hardest part of the WOD was the farmers carry.  Towards the end of the workout, I felt my grip slipping from the 2pood KBs so I ended up putting the KB down once I hit the wall.  I did make it up by hustling back to tag my teammate. The push ups got tougher and so did the push press (75#).  Our team was pretty stacked.
