The air squat jump sucked the most since I had linear progression squats before the WOD.  I’m up to 200# for my squats and I’ll be moving up tomorrow!

I started with an abmat and 45# bumper plate under me for the HSPU.  After the 1st round, Zach decided to replace the 45# with a 25# bumper since it looked easy.  Well, when I got back from my run in the 3rd round I noticed there was just an abmat.  So yeah, I thought I got weaker when doing the HSPU that one WOD awhile back since I couldn’t bang one out due to shoulder fatigue.
