Back squats was in the WOD today but I did that last night.  I’m doing linear progressions and I’m currently on 205#.  As for my deadlift, I’m at 335#.  I need to remember that so the next time I deadlift, I’ll go up 5lbs.

I had some coffee before class and I felt pretty good so I decided to go to globo out and hit the bench.  I worked my way up to 225# and did that 3x5.  Thinking about doing linear progression on that too.  Might as well right?  I noticed my left shoulder feeling a bit tight.  Maybe it was due to the workout this morning or lack of stretching.  Benching felt pretty awkward tonight.

I have some chicken breast cooking in the oven as I’m blogging.  I need to get back to eating proper.
