I started the workout with SDHP and ended the workout with wall balls.  It was brutal.  On the beginning of the push press, on the last round, I couldn’t breathe.  It was really hard for me to catch my breath.  I took a moments to catch my composure and banged out 10 push presses in a row.  When I was a kid, I had asthma.  It went away since I started to play sports.  For a second there, I thought I was having an asthma attack.  Funny thing is, I never had one.  So how would I know what it felt like?  No idea.
