WOD

  On the minute for 12 minutes:   Complete 3 hang power cleans and 5 box jumps.   If you do not complete the given reps within the minute a penalty will be given and completed at the end of the workout.
results: 155# / 24”
Since everyone’s body is still recovering from last week’s Randy, Murph, and Task FGB, Jared decided to program this.  I didn’t think it was too bad.
I stayed after the WOD to work on squats.  I’m currently at 215#.  I hate Mondays because my day starts at 5am and ends at 8pm.  Not even motivated to watch MNF.
