225# bench will be my starting point for linear progressions.  I just have to remember all these #’s.  225# back squat, 335# deadlift, and now 225# bench.

I took the whole “positive self talk” idea and applied it once again to today’s WOD.  On my 400m run, I had 1:30, 1:30, and 1:42.  This v8 ran out of gas!  I mixed in double unders with singles to finish up the rounds.

HUUUUGE PR for me on pull-ups.  It was a mixture of butterfly kips to start to standard kips, then survival mode kicked in towards the end.  I tried getting 20, but my grip wouldn’t allow it and I collapsed off the bar.  Since I didn’t hit 20, I had to jump back on the bar and do as much as I could and got 11.  Man, I wish I stayed consistent on my b-kips.  More practice!
