A) What drew you to CF and Paleo in the first place and B) have you seen your body/weight transform since May 1st?

A)  It was curiosity that drew me into CrossFit.  I already lost 30lbs on my own by doing cardio (eliptical for an hour a day), and dieting (one meal a day).  I was afraid the weight will comeback.  After stumbling onto blogs, I decided to google CrossFit and watch a few videos because the description itself didn’t really make sense at first.  “Maximum work capacity across broad time and modal domains.” !?!?!?  So I looked up a few boxes in my area and I was fortunate to find a box that opened a week ago. 

My first CF workout was:

WOD

4 Individually Time Rounds:
250m Row
21 Box Jumps
15 KB Swings

I only completed 3 rounds and they scaled me back to a 35#KB and an 18” box.  At first I was like, really bro?  But that workout humbled me after it kicked my ass.

B) Then came the Paleo diet.   When I started doing Paleo, I lost another 30lbs.  With CrossFit and Paleo, its pretty safe to say these pounds won’t come back.  Paleo to me is a lifestyle change, and not something temporary.  There’s room for cheat days too!
