WOD

3 rounds:
In 3-4 minutes (depending on ability level) complete the following:
400m run
Max-rep pull-ups
*Rest 3-5 minutes b/w rounds for full recovery

results: 22 / 15 / 18

Jared said that it will be a light and quick workout.  I felt like I did okay on the run and the first round I did pretty good on the pull ups.  My technique is starting to get better and now it’s all about stringing them together so I can bang out 30 in a row.

*Work up to a 1-rep max

Complete 30 thrusters at 55% of 1-rep max for time

results: 205# / 1:02 (75#)

I fucked my shoulder up again.  I call it a stinger because that is what we called it back when I played football.  My shoulder just gave in and I threw in the towel at 205#.  Zach noticed how weak my front squat is and he said we’ll get my leg strength up.  I know I have a weak bottom half and I’m looking forward to working on that.  Tonight, I shall ice it and rest up tomorrow.

Oh yeah, I’ve been eating like shit lately.  I need to be more strict on myself.  GRRR!
