#78 was a Saturday workout.  I can’t recall what my time was since I’ve been slacking lately on blogging.  I’ve been eating like shit lately and every time I log my results down on here, it reminds me how bad I’ve been.  Well guess what?  Tonight, I just nom’d on some red yams, a chicken breast, and lettuce.  It’s usually easy for me to scarf a meal down, but when its healthy like this, it tends to be a struggle.

The lunges were brutal towards the 3rd and 4th round.  When I heard “Ring Push-ups”, what I really heard was, Push-ups, and I was like, this will be a breeze.  Boy was I wrong.  I was telling Jared and Josh today that my chest is still hurting from Saturday’s ring push ups.  It’s been awhile where I actually felt sore from a chest workout.  I can easily bang out 4 sets of 225# at the globo gym and not feel sore the next day.  Looks like for rest days, I’ll be hitting up the box and bang out a few ring push ups and hopefully incorporate pull ups as well.  Depending how “adventurous” I’m feeling I suppose.

Rest Day
I ate like a fat kid.  I made home made soft serve ice cream using my sister’s cusinart and daaaaaaaaamn.  The recipe called for 3/4 cups of sugar.  I was like, that can’t be right.  That’s a lot of fuckin sugar.  Ice cream is not PALEO!  Only active thing I did was laundry.  I loathe Sundays because it’s not a Funday at all for me.

results: 19:31 (started w/ 95# for the 1st n midway 2nd and ended w/ 75#)

The overhead squats got to me.  I couldn’t get low enough until Jared placed a medicine ball under me.  I can’t believe I banged out straight 15 on the 4th set.  Before the workout, I thought about how the run was going to suck.  You know what, it did suck.  I kept moving and never stopped.  The only breather I took was during the overhead squats.  Jared had to scale me back.  I told him I need to work on my legs and he said it’s my flexibility that needs work.  The OH is so awkward that it’s a hard lift to master.  Come on, 75#?!?!? Really?!?!  Yeah, it was bad.  Nancy, you’re a bitch!
